If you realise that you have provided the wrong dimensions before the date of your collection, please amend your shipment to include the correct dimensions.
This may include a fee, or extra charges to cover the costs of shipping a larger parcel.
After collection/drop off
All shipment weight and dimensions are audited by the courier. If you entered the incorrect information, we will invoice you for the difference once we receive the courier audit.
However, you also need to be aware that providing the incorrect information may also affect your collection if you’re sending a large or bulky item, as the courier may dispatch the wrong vehicle to collect.
