Some couriers will use a service partner with a handheld scanner, which will not update immediately. If this is the case then the tracking will not update until your parcel reaches the sorting depot, later in the day.

Note: If no tracking information is updated in 24 hours, please contact our Support team, as parcels labels might have been damaged, which may lead to a lost parcel.
